If cancellations are made –
- Less than 24 hours before an Event/decor/order Cancellation with no refund
- 24 hours to 72 hours before an Event/decor/order 50% charge of the total amount.
- 3-7 Days before an Event: Rs 500 Flat Cancellation Charges
Before 7 Days of Event: No Cancellation charge - In case of weather conditions or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained. No Cancellation will be done & amount is non refundable.
No Cancellation is possible for events/ order booked for days like valentine ,Diwali, Christmas, New year.
Reschedule Policy
- Less than 24 hours before an event/décor/order No Rescheduling.
- 24 hours to 3 days before an event/décor/order Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
- 3 days or more before an event: Rescheduling at Zero Fee.
No Rescheduling possible for events booked for specials days like valentine , Diwali, Christmas, New year.
